The last few years have changed how people plan events. Flexibility has become a core value — both in the ability to update the guest count close to the event date and in the option to change the date if necessary without the drama. These principles remain relevant today, not just in times of crisis, but as part of smart, stress-free event planning.

Flexibility in Guest Count and Dates

It is not always certain how many guests will actually attend, and sometimes changing circumstances require updating a date. At Mandarin, you can plan an event for 20 to 250 guests and adapt the use of our two halls — one space for an intimate event, or a combination of both for a larger gathering. This flexibility allows hosts to make reality-based decisions without being locked into a pre-set number.

Ventilated Spaces and High Hygiene Standards

Located within the Mandarin complex, which serves as a designated Home Front Command secure area during emergencies. Alongside this, the venue maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene as a standard part of its operations, allowing event hosts to focus on the celebration itself rather than any concerns. Even during alerts.

Calm Planning Even When Plans Change

The general recommendation for every host is to choose vendors with whom they can communicate transparently and flexibly. This ensures that if plans change — whether due to guest count or a new date — the planning can be adjusted without compromising on quality. The Mandarin Events team accompanies hosts every step of the way, from initial planning to the night itself, to ensure the event goes off as planned.

How much does an event at Mandarin Events cost and how do I get a quote?

There is no fixed price: the cost is determined by the number of guests, your chosen menu (Dairy or Meat), the day of the week, and the season. Leave your details in the form on this page or give us a call, and we will get back to you with a detailed, no-obligation quote that includes all items upfront with no surprises. Guest parking is free and does not incur an extra charge.

Is there guest parking and what is the cost?

Yes. The venue has a large, free private parking lot for all guests at 21 Unitzman Street, Tel Aviv, so no one has to circle around looking for a spot before the event. Access is also convenient via public transportation and taxis right to the entrance.

Is the menu Kosher, and can we choose between Dairy and Meat?

What happens if there are sirens or gathering restrictions?

The hall itself is a certified protected space (shelter), so events continue as usual even during security situations: there is no need to evacuate guests, and in practice, sirens are barely audible from inside. We can host up to 250 people within the protected space, with a valid business license and all necessary approvals.

Is the venue accessible for wheelchairs and seniors?

The path from the parking lot is short and stair-free, and our staff prepares in advance for comfortable seating for those who need it. What are the event hours and when can we enter for setup?

Event hours are coordinated with you in advance, and we allow early entry for setup, sound checks, decor, and rehearsals depending on the complexity of the production. An operations team is on-site throughout the event to ensure the schedule is maintained.

How is the hall arranged for different guest counts?

The space can be set with round tables, a long banquet table, cocktail style or lecture seating — depending on guest count and event type.

Is the protected space inside the hall itself?

Yes. The hall itself serves as a protected space, so guests don't need to leave the event in case of an alert.
