A boutique venue like Mandarin, with two modular spaces, offers flexibility - you can use one space for a small event, or combine both for a larger celebration, without being committed to a single fixed structure.
Capacity Ranges - Finding the Right Fit for Your Guests
An event of 20-50 guests, such as a Brit or a small business conference, feels better in a limited and intimate space. An event of 100-150 guests, like a family wedding or a large birthday, requires a more spacious area with room for dancing and a stage. An event of up to 250 guests, such as a large wedding or a corporate convention, requires combining both halls. It is important to ensure in advance that the hall you choose won't be too crowded or feel too empty relative to the actual number of guests.

There is no fixed price: the cost is determined by the number of guests, your chosen menu (Dairy or Meat), the day of the week, and the season. Guest parking is free and does not incur an extra charge.
Is there guest parking and what is the cost?
Yes. The venue has a large, free private parking lot for all guests at 21 Unitzman Street, Tel Aviv, so no one has to circle around looking for a spot before the event. Access is also convenient via public transportation and taxis right to the entrance.
Is the menu Kosher, and can we choose between Dairy and Meat?
Yes. The kitchen is Kosher and we offer both Dairy and Meat menus, including adjustments for vegetarians, vegans, and allergies. The menu is built with you according to the nature of the event, from light refreshments to a full meal served at the table or via chef stations.
What happens if there are sirens or gathering restrictions?
The hall itself is a certified protected space (shelter), so events continue as usual even during security situations: there is no need to evacuate guests, and in practice, sirens are barely audible from inside. We can host up to 250 people within the protected space, with a valid business license and all necessary approvals.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchairs and seniors?
Yes. The entrance, guest areas, and restrooms are all accessible. The path from the parking lot is short and stair-free, and our staff prepares in advance for comfortable seating for those who need it. If there is a specific requirement, let us know during the planning stage and we will take care of it.
How do I check date availability and when is the best time to book?
Simply send an inquiry with your desired date and you will receive a response regarding availability within the same business day. For high-demand dates (holidays, weekends, and wedding season), we recommend booking early; however, we can usually find a solution even at short notice. You are more than welcome to join us for a tour of the venue before making your decision.
What are the event hours and when can we enter for setup?
Event hours are coordinated with you in advance, and we allow early entry for setup, sound checks, decor, and rehearsals depending on the complexity of the production. An operations team is on-site throughout the event to ensure the schedule is maintained.
