The hall itself is a certified protected space (shelter), so events continue as usual even during security situations: there is no need to evacuate guests, and in practice, sirens are barely audible from inside. We can host up to 250 people within the protected space, with a valid business license and all necessary approvals.
Yes. The entrance, guest areas, and restrooms are all accessible. The path from the parking lot is short and stair-free, and our staff prepares in advance for comfortable seating for those who need it. If there is a specific requirement, let us know during the planning stage and we will take care of it.

For high-demand dates (holidays, weekends, and wedding season), we recommend booking early; however, we can usually find a solution even at short notice. The space is flexible, accommodating anything from an intimate event of 20 guests up to 250 people. By using internal space division, tailored seating, and a separate reception area, we ensure that small events feel full and cozy, while large events remain spacious.
The complex is divided into a main exhibition hall that can be partitioned into stations and booths, a reception and registration area at the entrance, and a separate buffet area for coffee breaks and lunch. The space allows for a comfortable flow between stations, power points and strong Wi-Fi for every booth, and adjustable lighting to suit the displays.
Yes. We rent the space for a full exhibition day and also for several consecutive days, leaving the display in place between days. A full-day rental includes setup hours before opening and breakdown hours at the end, so there is no need to dismantle and rebuild every morning.
The price is determined by the number of exhibition days, setup and breakdown hours, the number of participants, and the catering you choose. You can rent the space alone or take a full package including catering, service, and technical operation. You can bring your own producer and display suppliers, and we support the setup regarding the venue's infrastructure: electricity, internet, goods entry, crate storage, and removal at the end. The operations team is present at every stage to ensure the exhibition opens on time.
