Most people who plan a small event aren't looking for more doubt-they 're looking for someone to take it out of their hands. Instead of chasing caterers, DJs, designers, waiters, and equipment rentals, our package puts everything under one roof: the complex, the kitchen, the production, and the staff are ours. This is what an event of 20 to 250 guests looks like in Tel Aviv's Tzuk Beach, minutes from Herzliya and Ramat Hasharon, at one agreed price in advance - and without clauses growing along the way.

What’s Included in the Package

Renting the hall for the event hours, a kosher chef menu (meat or dairy) in the buffet, serving or at chef stations, waiters and bar staff, wireless amplification and microphone, ambient lighting, modular furniture according to the number of guests, table layout, basic design in shades to choose from, and an event manager who is present throughout the evening. Additional upon request: DJ or band, photographer, bakery and event cake, cocktail bar, dessert table, guest gifts and ceremonies - which we also coordinate for you.

Package by Event Type

Brit & Brit package: morning or lunch event, active kitchen from the early hours, Eliyahu chair and ceremony table, private room for mother and baby and rich morning buffet. A small wedding package: a canopy inside the hall or on the balcony, a reception, a meal and a plaza. Birthday package and family event: buffet or serving, music, lighting and design. Business event package: Conference, company day or launch - with projector and screen, amplification for lectures, breakfast refreshments, lunch and coffee throughout the day.

Clear Pricing Without Surprises

The offer you receive includes all of the sections in the number one per serving or event, including what is not included - in writing. There are no extras on the final bill, no separate fee for waiters, amplification or retirement, and no fine for a small change in the number of guests. Since we are a boutique hall and not a huge complex in the city center, the price per guest remains comfortable relative to similar complexes in Tel Aviv - which is exactly what makes it possible to keep a small, high-quality event on a reasonable budget.

How it works, step by step

Short first call: date, number of guests, and nature of the event. Then tour the complex and select a menu from the prepared routes. In the third step, you get one detailed quote, and if it's a good fit, you close the date. From there, an event manager accompanies you until the evening itself, including an accurate schedule. A week before the event, review the final details: final number of guests, seating arrangements, ceremonies, music, and hours. On the day of the event you are guests with us.

Why it works well for a small event

At an event of 30 to 120 guests each additional provider is expensive and complicated. When the venue, kitchen and production are in the same place, the next payments and the assembly are saved, there are no discrepancies in coordination between suppliers, and the responsibility is one factor. The free parking attached to the entrance and the valid business license are also part of this quiet. Want to know the price for your event? What does the all-inclusive package price include?

Hall for event hours, kosher chef menu, waiters and bar staff, sound and microphone, ambient lighting, furniture and retirement, basic design and event manager throughout the evening.

What's not included

Anything not included in the quote is in writing-such as a DJ or band, photographer, event cake, and extended design. You can add them through us.

Is there a package for a small event of 30-50 guests?

Yes. We build packages from20 guests to 250, including using only one space for intimate events.

Is there an all-inclusive alliance package?

Yes. The brit or baby-naming package includes a morning or lunchtime event, a generous buffet, an Elijah's chair, a ceremony table, and a private room for mother and baby.

Is the menu kosher?

Yes. Our supervised kosher kitchen offers either Rabbinate or Mehadrin certification, with a meat or dairy menu.

Does the price per guest change if the guest count changes?

A reasonable guest-count update up to one week before the event does not change the per-person price or incur a penalty.

Can we bring outside vendors?

Yes. You may bring your own vendors, such as a photographer or band, and we coordinate their schedule and access.

Is there an all-inclusive package for a business event?

Yes. Conference, company-day, and launch packages can include a projector, screen, presentation sound, morning refreshments, lunch, and coffee throughout the day.

How far in advance should we book?

For popular dates, including Friday afternoons, Saturday evenings, and holidays, book several months ahead. A few weeks may be enough for some weekday events.

Is parking charged separately?

No. A large car park beside the entrance is free for guests, unlike venues that pass parking costs on to the host or attendees.
